Professor at the L'Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Sciences Politiques
He received his PhD in 2012 with a thesis entitled, “The Future of Saudi Arabia: Approaches in National Security and Political Reform Approaches”, which was published in Beirut in 2013. Bachir also holds a master’s degree in political science and international relations. He specialises in political and security studies and has published widely in journals and magazines as well as a number of Arab newspapers.
