Former Prime Minister Of Tunisia, The Deputy Secretary General Of Ennahda Movement
An engineer, the prime minister from March 2013 to January 2014, former minister of interior in the government of Mr. Hamadi Jebali from December 2011 to March 2013. He assumed many leadership responsibilities in Ennahda movement. As a result of that, he was tried several times and sentenced to death twice. He spent several years in prison, including thirteen years in solitary confinement. He has several lectures and articles in many political and human rights forums.
