Director General of the Palestinian Center for Policy Research and Strategic Studies (Masarat)
He has a degree in commerce from Ain Shams University in Cairo. Al-Masri served as the editor-in-chief of Tareeq Al Intissar, which was published in Lebanon. Later, he became a member of the editorial board of Al Hadaf magazine, and the editor-in-chief of Nidaa Al Watan magazine in Jordan. Al-Masri has assumed numerous important positions including co-founder and director general of the Palestinian Media, Research and Studies Centre (Bada’el) from 2005 to 2011 and director general of the publication department at the Palestinian Ministry of Information from 1995 to 2005. He has published hundreds of articles, research and policy papers in Palestinian and Arab magazines and newspapers.
