Professor of Arab and Greek Philosophy at the University of Tunis

He served as adviser to the Tunisian government's premiership and was a member of the Academic Council for the Tunisian Complex for Sciences, Literature and Arts where he was entrusted with the translation section. He studied Islamic philosophy at the International Islamic University in Malaysia. Furthermore, Marzouki is the author of several books on philosophy and reawakening, including The Khaldoun Theoretical Convention and Modern Arab History, Conditions for an Arab and Muslim Renaissance, The Prospects of the Arab Renaissance and The Reinstatement of Universal Arab History.
